Our Mission

At True Self Counseling, our mission is to help you discover, embrace, and empower your true self — through therapy that meets you exactly where you are, not a generic plan built for someone else.

We believe healing happens in relationship: with a therapist who is a genuine equal partner in your process, from your very first session onward.

Our Values

Every therapist on our team shares the same foundation, even as each brings their own specialties and approach.

  • Authenticity — we show up as our true selves, so you can too.

  • Compassion — every person who walks through our door is met with warmth, not judgment.

  • Growth — we believe change is always possible, at whatever pace feels right for you.
